FAIL.....Your sub panel requires a "main disconnect" also and ground rods. Individual branch ckt breakers do not satisfy the NEC requirements for out building. Make a video when you correct ed your violations and have an electrical inspection sticker

You need a ground rod now that you have more then one branch circuit. Ground rods are not required if you have only one circuit in the shed.
