I'm not sure if Lena has had a public boyrfriend since they told everyone they weren't lesbians, but I read in an interview that they said everything was true just blown up, they really were in love when they were young.

So you could interprit this as Lena singing to Yulia, in either a lovers tone or concerned for the way she may have been acting after they fired Ivan.

Either way it's a pretty song.
