I downloaded the drivers and there is no sound although I can use it thru its phones input with my keystation conected via USB to Mac. I am using Apogee duet as my interface audio which dosent have midi in/out. So I need to conect my Roland XV-2020 via USB to Mac so I can use it in Logic Pro 9 but no sound... HELP! :)

I think you need to set up an Aggreagate Audio Device.

Go to Audio/MIDI Setup in your Utilities folder. Open the Audio Devices window.

Click the + sign, and select both your input and output for your Aggregate Audio Device. You can set channel levels and assign speakers as well.

In Logic, Go to Preferences -> Audio, then set your audio device to the above Aggregate Device.

You may even need to go to System Preferences -> Sound, and select your input and output devices there if needed.

  • Finally its sorted, you're a legend :D
