FYI: The I-95/I-10 interchange (at ~1:25) that was projected in 2006 to be done by 2011 looks pretty much the same now as it did in this video form '08. I'm thinking more around '12 or '13... Weeks go by without a construction worker on site. It's about as bad as I-75 in Tifton, that place has been a 60 mile long construction zone (50 mph speed trap) for almost a decade!!!
last year i've crossed Dames Point Bridge over and under a hundred times i think ;) over by taxi and under with my boat - actually is not my boat it was the cruise ship i was working on - Carnival Fascination, hers port -Jaxport is close by the bridge, and in order to reach the port we had to sail under the bridge with a clearance of just 6 ft
no, 9A and I-295 are still independently named roads that loop into each other at both north and south ends.

Last I heard, they should re-shield 9A as I-295 by 2010, at which point we'll have the "West Beltway" and "East Beltway" to differentiate the two halves...

Guessing from what you said + showed near the end of your video, that it's safe for me to assume you drove on Savannah-area freeways for a future video?
