At 3:55 Nina tenses and looks at her left, and you can see Ian is trying to keep it cool. Then a second later Nina looks down, just as Ian looks at her, ad then looks behind them, and down at Nina.

My guess, she might be putting Nina´s dress in order. Something might get wrong with that. But Nina stared Ian down for a while before he took notice, than he checked her back for her :) Cute "I´ve got your back, baby" action :D

But I think it was very unprofessional of that woman, Nina was obviously startled, when she touched her, but she could react much worse (with a yelp of surprise or something). All I noticed was from the beginning of any interviews with Paul, Nina and Ian it was Nina/Ian I always see the romantic/sexual interest chemistry with. Paul/Nina had the more chummy/close friends vibe chemistry. I guess we each have our different perceptions though.

And yes she nudged Ian. Very subtly, but she did. That´s why he looked firts at her and than checked her from behind. He apparently felt that woman rustling with her dress or something since he was standing close enough. So he knew, what was going on.
