  • March 6th 2006 baseball lost a legend. I was at spring training the day he died. I never got see him play, but I've seen the videos, the golden seat, the poster at the metrodome, his number on the feild, and his number at Target Feild. He will continue to inspire people forever.

  • Puck!

  • When I was little in 1994 I saw this man at the metrodome against the white sox. Was a dream come true and my cousin at the time was a bat-boy he had cancer and was one of his wishes. He died that year in 1994 but Kirby Puckett spent good amount of time signing things for him. He was the greatest baseball player in my mind.

  • Now Kirby and Harmon are touching them all in heaven...Thank you both for the memories...

  • Now batting,Number 34 KIRRRBBYYYYY PUCKETT!!

Just hearing that gave me goose bumps.

    RIP you will be missed.

  • How did he die?

  • Kirby Pucket, your hero, my hero, i met him like 6 or 7 times, and he is the best Twins member by far, hats off Kirby, hats off!

  • The original balls to the wall outfielder, two time world series champ. makes the two greatest plays in world series history. Puck you are the greatest RIP

  • Kirby always had a smile :-) He played the game he loved the way he loved his his family, his friends, his teamates, and his fans. I think the Orioles once made him a huge contract offer. He turned it down to make less money to stay with the Twins. He said his family loves Minnesota. He also said he loves being a Twin and he loves the fans. He never complained about his contract. He just did what he loved with passion. And he did it great! Kirby=BALL PLAYER

    Where are others like him?

  • LOVE U FAM !!!!!!!!

  • I don't live to far from where he passed away and after my family and I moved to the area, my dad sent me a foul ball he caught off of Kirby's bat...RIP Kirby...you will always have a special place in my heart...
