I can understand where you're coming from and why you feel the way you do. Some people just don't understand how difficult it is to make even one series, and combined with the pressures of school and everything else that goes on in life, it can be too much.

I start school in two weeks and it's my senior year so I'll constantly have school-related things to do and they have to take priority over moviemaking. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors and good luck in your junior year!

Sounds perfectly good to me. (Though a bit long) I did the same thing. It's much less stressful when doing short (up to 5 min) projects without deadlines and only a few select voice actors. I don't come out with videos often, and don't work very much on them, and it's fun again.

All I can say is maybe you should give the series a break for awhile and then when ever you get bored or something, maybe you can make short films or little music videos...I LOVE your short films because it's just to entertain and I like that, my favorite was Hot Air Balloon. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE WLA but if it's getting a little stressful for you, cancel it or make a final episode. People can live without having a sims 2 series. Just go out and have a blast, worry free AND stress free! :)

I feel exactly the same way, but obviously I only had two episodes of a series out before I quit. Its way too time consuming and I wanted my life back, which is why i deleted my old account. I agree with ViNtAgELovv11 though, you should continue with WLA with subtitles (because they're way easier to work with and are less time consuming) but ONLY work on it when YOU want to, and when you have free time!

When I used to have a sims series on a different channel, I would have to make a schedule of how long I could squeeze sims in for. I would come home do homework, eat dinner, play from 6-8, take a shower and go to bed and then repeat the process. Then i got extremely sick of sims, and wanted my life back so I quit.

carry on making videos eventually. All I'd suggest, like i said in the messages, take a break for as long as you like (but keep YouTubing!!) and re-discover what it is about the sims you love. And when you want to make a video, make it. Dont have a due date, just upload it whenever you want.

i'd take some time off. like take as long as you need to let steam off.

and if you WANT to make a movie or something, do it. but don't set a date, just say it'll be out when it's done. it could be two months, maybe more. and don't feel when you go on sims, you'd have to film.

Through out my 1 year of moviemaking, I've faced more obsticles than most people know. The past 8 to 6 months has definitly been the hardest. My group of fans had just started growing, I felt that I was getting better, and I hit 100 subs. Then, my graphics card freaked out, making me unable to be on my computer at all. I started losing subbers, without being able to stop it.Now that the graphics card has been fixed, A NEW problem turned up out of nowhere. It's not fun anymore. So I understand.

I can understand you. there's a period from time to time where I actually hate movie making and it's really depressing when you spend hours on a movie ( like you said) and like I only get a few hundred fews. I don't think anyone can really truly understand just how boring the whole process is unless they do it themselves. I completely understand where you are coming from. Sitting at a computer for hours is not my cup of tea and i hate it. Subscribers leave rude snippy comments on your poll videos which doesn't help the situation.
