Can someone recommend me a good joystick for this game? I had like 2 but 1 (Logitech wingman 3d) broke and 2nd (logitech extreme 3dpro) cramped and started to be shaky. I'm planning to buy a cheaper one Saitek ST290 can someone tell me is it good? My friend told me it is, but im not sure :P

I have a ST290 Pro (I'm assuming it's about the same). Anyway, it's fine for flying in IL-2 and any other sim. I've used it for years with no problems.

Well, this is the only joystick I've ever used, so it's hard for me to compare to anything else.

For me, it's plenty comfortable. It's not like I get hand cramps or anything.

Very cute! Yes, you can have some spectacular failures in IL2! For sure, I've had my share. LOL

If you like odd landings, check out my videos. I have instructional, wrong way, bombers, dead stick, and jets on moving and stationary carriers.

BTW, that bomg would have armed. I have seen a real film of a Corsair landing with a bomb attached. It came loose and blew a large hole in the carrier deck. I also made one like that in IL2.
