@MrVegiita i use 2 programs from Personal Subiminal Messages Systems while i sleep...they are on Itunes and amazon, i also make my own using Neuro Programmer 3. if you're looking to get one, the one's that use stereo confusion (different affirmations in both ears) compressed (sped up) and backmasking (reverse speech) are the most effective.
