Jack White is a pretty Iconic Figure if you think about it. He's does things that are unusual and things that are just unheard of with music (rock that is) now a days. He made a "guitar" out of a piece of wood, coke bottle, some nails, and a pickup. Then used a socket wrench deal to play it like a slide guitar. It's very Avant-garde but in a backwards sense (not expecting you to know wtf that means).

Although I love the raconteurs I don't think it's really a band that suits Jack White's musical style. The white stripes was just Jack White in his pure form and this band is more back to the basics (don't see this as critism 'cause also basic bands can kick some mean but!)

I really like their recordings a lot, but they don't sound any good (vocally) at all in this performance. Not sure, maybe it's just due to the fact that Jack sounds like he lost his voice a bit before this performance.

Also, the video's volume is waaay too low.
