I agree about Apostolic Succession but I also detect in this a mixing of Roman and Hebrew tradition, naturally. This activity of not disposing of, but rather parading, dead bodies cannot be attributed to the historic Jesus. On it's own, it is an interesting phenomena. The writ says " we shall be raised incorruptible". These bodies are not yet resurrected and are, quite frankly, rotting slowly. God Bless all Saints (in or out of their flesh).

if you notice, there's a difference betweeen each body in preseveration quality. the older ones look much newer. My guess is that there's some missing information overtime that causes this. maybe the catholic religion has been changing a lil more than we expected over time? maybe we had the answers, and lost it.

Silly comments asides, thank you for this video series. Some bodies aren't very impressive, but some are VERY impressive... enough to validate the phenomenon to me. Back when I was non-practicing, what kept me from atheism or protestantism was knowledge of this and other phenomenon which can't be rationally explained. And if it defies reason, then it logically follows that what these people lived for is absolutely and imperically valid. God bless the Catholic Church.

My nephew a while back was over in GOA where the body of Saint Francis Xavier is, and took some pictures but they were not very good as he could not get close to the body, some people have tried to destroy the body at least twice (it could have been centuries ago, not sure when that happened).
