believe it or not without a map, make the game more interesting. I remember when I was 15 playing this game without any info from the internet, it was fun as hell :). Map is pretty small and easy to memorize once you explore the thing out.

The game went to sh*t from s3...It was a nice game with the FP sets with dd/reff/rate and now what +13 titan or what full with a sword full +13 that has 450 dmg...Thats not the mu i remember.What i remember was my BK 35 rr wtih 21k hp and 3k+ dmg a hit spaming hp potions like crazy and grinding all day with my friends...That's the game i remember!

Played it for about 3-4 years in my teenage years, I played when Lost Tower 7 was the last map... ho boy... and how all the new players was all like "party?" "party??"

One of the most inaccurate fucking reviewers I've ever heard. Several months ago I remember your first look review of Champions Online, and again you were INCREDIBLY inaccurate with A LOT of information you gave us. I wouldn't mind if you said you "assumed" or you "think" for a lot of your comments...but there is just SO much wrong. The level cap is 400 AND resets. It gets SIGNIFICANTLY slower to level up as you progress. Some items DO require level.

I played this game for about 2 years a long time ago. Believe me the lack of a map isn't as much of a problem as this guy makes it out to be. You can press "M" to teleport to all the important places. If anything it gives the mysterious like gameplay. Not to mention you can use cords to get place to place.

We can expect MU2 from WebZen by the end of 2013. By using the Unreal 3 Engine they will make the game similar to the first Mu Online but with more skills, maps, monsters, items & etc. Still they will try to save the shiny items, 3D graphics and many more.

the bad thing about the game is the PvP Why? w/o BKs/BMs in your guild YOU WILL NEVER WIN!!! BK/BMs only do this WeapSkill TS/Rageful Blow Deathstab Rinse and repeat or spam thy Deathstab BM vs BM the more pots the more likely he will win but this game is my first MMORPG so I can't just bash the game because this game is a huge remembrance for me. btw MGs are ridiculously underpowered.

Any game rpg without a map is just a bad design choice. Especially a top down where assets are reused and tiles get repeated and you can't adjust the camera to eye level to see where you're going.

First motherfucking mmorpg, webzen, k2, gamersfrist, webzen again. This game was incredible when it started (I remember no gay town buffs, grinding for hours etc) this game was for the hardcore only, I memorized every map and knew everything. Goddamn it was fun, I remember when the first level 400 was announced (Pulsar), good times, I started this game when it came out. Shame it has gone down the hill, it really needs a remake this shit was incredible it wasnt no pussy shit like the garbage now

Grinding was so fucking much fun. I really hate stupid quests on all the game right now, trying to add storyline. But I totally don't feel connected to those games. But with Mu online, with no real "storyline" I felt way more connected just because of the gameplay. Partying was awesome, everyone freaking out when you heard the jewel drop 'ping'. Everyone with different items, insane market. God this game was awesome.

It's not dead. But has changed a lot. I would try it. But it doesn't feel the same as it used to when even the starting maps where full of people and you could get parties everywhere. Now you can legally afk though with a ingame bot. That is very neat. And when your level gets higher more parties will become available I think. Anyway, just try it. I was addicted the first time I killed a monster. But as I said, it has changed. PM me if you want more info. I can elaborate a lot.

I have the perfect server settings in my mind which would make Mu Online insanely addictive and boost the market and players again. And no offence but he dosen't know anything about the game....the lvl cap is around 250 and u have resets. And the Characters evolve from the first stages u get them. plus there is another new character...and yes they do have a map...diablo is not like this game at all even tho it's a great game too. I really recommend this game to people to play. First mmo i ever played

Why the fuck would you need a map. FFS. No maps makes it so much more interesting to discover new places. When the player base was much higher in the good old times experienced players actually could help new players with finding things.
