I believe all of the people this video is directed to are commonly refered to as "bandwagoners." dallas has a coaching philosophy problem. coach phillips admitted it and i'm waiting to see it corrected. i think cowboys owner jerry jones should have put phillips as a defensive coordinator(that's his real resume') and then hire a separate coach as head coach. a decision could come soon. that should be it. one thing: tony romo needs to learn to grow up as a ''real'' cowboy, not a ''cryboy'' as he looks on the field committing ''turnovers''!

Player wise we are good with our present squad. The only one I see as a bust is Pacman, he needs to go. Urgent changes need to be made in the coaching staff and most of all SPECIAL TEAMS! Special teams is what destroyed our last 2 seasons, not the offense or the defense. Secondary, punt and kick off coverage is killing us and needs to be addressed as well as a good backup QB in 2009.
