  • some sweet info here

  • very interesting thanks

  • but why didn't they mentioned about the origination of this yoga exercise in the news video?

  • I do this in front of Lord Ganesh/Pillaiyar Everyday. So do my father so did my grandpa. Hmm. Interesting.

  • I don't know what all this talk is about India and their traditional wisdom being so great ...as though others have none but I AM proud of the Indian government suing Monsanto. I hope you win, India!!! I hope it starts something that will get rid of Monsanto forever. But I digress.

  • OK IF YOU FOREIGNERS HATE INDIA AND THEIR WAY SO MUCH AND MAKE FUN OF INDIA CAUSE IT AINT MODERNIZED YET THEN DON'T DO YOGA AND DONT DO ANY SHIT RELATING TO INDIA, JUST STICK TO UR STUPID AMERICAN CULTURE OR BRITISH CULTURE WHERE U HAVE SEX AT AGE 14 OR SOMETHIN.

  • @1234568703 Hello please do not forget your HEART , Love & intuition is most important , GO Inward and spread the LOVE Help them evolve please do not stoop to fear & negative flows of thought

    Be still & know

  • our inner desire to have meaning and purpose in our lives. I was raised a Christian (catholic) and I feel that if I were raised in a secular environment I would have benefited greatly for beliefs hold us humans back from the true reality: that the universe is ambivalent of human beings and we're not as special as most people believe.

  • All this is doing is increasing oxygen to the brain through deep breathing. There is nothing mystical about it, more oxygen equals more brain function. And why cross your arms? It seems unnecessary when you could keep each arm parallel, the effect would be the same. I respect the teachings from India, as I perform daily yoga myself, but there is no evidence beyond the physical for all "mystical" experiences are subjective and subject to the influences of our imagination and

  • This is all rubbish. If Indians are performing this for ages then why there is not a single modern invention in India? Indian school punishment is to hold earlobes with crosshand and do sit ups but nobody knew that it helps to improve learning abilities. In fact in my school dumb students would do it 50 times but no use. It is never a ritual in indian school but just a punishment..

  • @nitin1947 in this case, it is same with my country, Burma/Myanmar. it is never a ritual but just punishment... i am just thinking to share this to my childhood friends as i used to do it when i was late in my school. could be this ritual changed to punishment by teachers,,,

  • I really enjoyed the video and could not help but think you have studied the third Q

  • Tried this, 3 mins seems a lot as it's recommended to all ages. I'm a fit, regular excersiser and my legs ached for days after one session.

  • To all the people of the world, there is nothing to fight about. Non believers need not practice this. Open minded people may try this, if it helps, continue, if not leave it. There is no point in passing comments on India or America. Regarding patent, Master Choa Kok Sui's Institute for Inner Studies at Manila owns the copyright for this. So no need to claim that anymore. I personally have seen the effect of this exercise, it has helped me and my patients. So experiment before commenting

  • If u guys cant accept the knowledge then leave it rather pitting your filthy and stupid comments about india. Us has the maximum indian scientists,if they leave US u ppl will be so dumb to handle any thing. And if u dont want to follow yoga den why dont u ppl stick to salsa, and increase yr brain capacity.

  • is that the only exercise, ? you do it 3 min and thats it?

  • In many schools in India, if a student has not answered a question, teacher gives this particular "yoga" as the punishment - some 50 repetitions. The teachers know that going forward the student's brain will start working better for better concentration and memory.

After learning from yoga, the world (read common man) will start looking into vedas. Then they will go further into upanishads.

They everyone will realize that we are not what we think we are.

  • Who belive that is stupid, who does that is superstupid

  • This is as old as the hills! Back when we were in school this was a form of punishment he he! We also do this for the Lord Ganesha when we say our prayers to Him. In Tamil it's called "Thoppikaranam". India's knowledge of science was obviously way way ahead of the rest of the world since this practice is centuries old. A pity we could not recognize it and make it work for us but better late than never-at least now more people can reap the benefits of such activities.

  • hey, i watched this video..... and why the hindu people taking credit for it? ....Credit was not given in the american tv report?

  • @KajanLakhan You irritate me. Maybe do the exercises and learn the truth. It comes from the east. Trust me, the news is there to make you happy and give you an opinion not to tell you the truth.

  • India = polluted country beyond your imagination!

  • no country or person polluted in the cosmos this is your mental power how you see anything so enjoy your self besides try to findout fault .................good luck

  • NOTHING IS GOOD OR BAD IN COSMOS THIS DEPENDS ON YOUR MENTAL POWER HOW YOU SEE THIS OK .....................

  • @destiny6666 NOTHING IS GOOD OR BAD IN COSMOS THIS DEPENDS ON YOUR MENTAL POWER HOW YOU SEE THIS OK .....................

  • Is this the only exercise that does this? Are there others? If so where can I get more infor on it? If it activates just by holding ears why do we need to do knee bends? How many times a day do I need to do this and how long will it take to work? Has it worked for Add?

  • India's traditional wisdom is ahead of any other known civilization. Unfortunately it requires the west to certify our ancient wisdom for the Indians to recognize it.

Unlike the west the Indian knowledge is passed thru masters through gurukul and practiced. I see no reason why it should be patented or protected. It is equivalant of the open source today in the software.

  • No country is born perfect...its upon its people to make it perfect...We all have shortcomings...But every wrong takes time to be righted....Its in our life experiences that we learn and better ourselves each day....Its a slow process....but at the end everyone and everything will be divine...just the way god wanted it to be...

  • I dont know if "land of billion yogi's" means that there are a billion yogis in India today but if that's the intention - then its highly inaccurate ! If India has even 10 million 'yogis' today it has a lot - and we know that you can't even find 100,000 honest Indian policemen ! Nevermind 10 million yogis in India today !

  • Knowledge is for all...there shouldn't be any price to pay to gain knowledge....these patents that you talk about will do nothing but give the power to sell the knowledge to those who seek it....Who are we to "sell" this knowledge....We all are one...which is the most basic teaching in spirituality...be it any religion, cast or creed...and we should help others without any desire for anything in return....

  • @hardikroy1

Yes, knowledge is for all ....!.. but why are so many westerners especially Americans taking the free non patented Indian knowledge and selling it?

  • @NamiDevi - We live in a crazy world....We cannot control the outcome of everything. But we can do our jobs well as assigned to us in order to paint the bigger picture to perfection.India is a great country...A country of divine intelligence. However, I'm not showing down any other country. Its just that they aren't as awakened as we are.We must help them come up.We are providing knowledge to all those who seek without a penny charged...thus performing our jobs.

  • @hardikroy1 While India is famous for 'divine intelligence' its a nation also infamous for a lack of social intelligence. ! All nations need all aspects of 'intelligence' to make life worthwhile...

  • India should patent its knowledge and techniques.

  • @BORNOFARYAVARTA

No, India should not patent universal knowledge.
