If you're a teacher (or know one?) a upgrade to 4 gb ram is only 180 dollars!! Both on the macbook AND macbook pro. a 620$ saving for the macbook pro upgrade

also, is 1GB ram is ok? cos im going to get a MacBook, with the purpose of music and video creation, so do u recomend i get the 2GB?

no the remote is included in the pack. i use lightroom and imovie hd and so 1gb is not enough for me. I need 2 gb. but considering how cheap ram is i will take 4. for music creation i recommend at least 2...

NEW MacBooks don't come with remotes, this one that he got was a previous generation MacBook which do come with remotes.

WOW, why did you turn your macbook on the second you got it? Just to let you know, you will seriously damage your batteries performance if you don't allow the Macbook to charge for over a period of 20-25 hours. After this alloted time period, its safe to say that your Macbook's battery will live long.

Well i didn't know that and i saw a lot of macbook unboxings in which the users opened their laptops the second they got them. so far i haven't had any problems with the battery, it runs for 4 hours with wi fi and music turned on. if it fails, i'll buy another one as they're not expensive. i never charge my smartphones, laptops or any hardware where the manual states you should charge for a certain number of hours before usage...and none of the hardware let me down in all these years ..so ...
