your husband was so supportive and involved in the birth he was great and so were you of course we are trying for number two and this time I hope DH will be more involved he sat in the corner with his head down at my sons birth lol but thats when sisters and mothers come in handy :) You guys are great

i get mad at those throwing away their children or going through abortion when they don't realize that some people like us will do anything just to have a complete family.

"Hospital Policy" is more of a "CYA" Policy so if the nurses screw up and cause some kind of damage, its not on tape and cant be proven by a couple who are in a serious emotional state. Its a lot of garbage to cover poor training and not following procedure. You want to be safe? Make sure you know EXACTLY what is to happen at all times. The best weapon is knowledge.

My Son had the cord wrapped around his neck twice during pushing, I was told to stop pushing & daddy cuts cord. Hear no cry, In my sons newborn pictures hes a bit pale, but the midwife put him on my tummy & he pinked up nicely she said, she even put his mouth onto my breast. Vitamin k shot made him scream. In pictures after a 1st bath, he has bluish tinge hands & feet, where his skin looked darker after a bath, few hours in SCBU heated in a tent he was back with me, home 24 hours after birth.

@JelisaFerguson2010 they test u for it at 36 wk check up b4 they check to see if u dilated. its bacterial infection that has to be treated as soon as ur water breaks if u test positive
@momto2kids08 That's standard ob/gyn procedure but you don't have to treat it, as gbs can test + right now & tomorrow -. You could test negative at ur 36 check up & test + at birth. It's a horrible test...we don't even bother testing w/ oru son & won't w/ this child either...to me it's pointless.

The majority of my pain was from starving though, I hadn't ate in 3 days *due to the long labor & them not allowing me to eat in fear of a c-section & aspirating on food* I had slept in 3 days either so I was pretty focused, since they said soon as u push the baby out u can eat/sleep & at that point I felt like I was going to die if I didn't get to eat so I kept thinking FOOD push FOOD push FOOOOOOOOD push & she was out.
my god woman u put me to shame u didnt scream once!!! My 1st i had at 16 and screamed the whole way through, so much so i was told if u screamed less and pushed more the baby would be here by now .... 2nd was a bit easier, last year my son was breech so had to have a section im now 32 weeks with my 4th and hoping for a natural delivery but have low lying placenta so il find out at the next scan if its moved or not...fingers crossed it has! I have had GBS twice. I will go on anti. bio. as soon as I get to the hosp. GBS can kill a baby. My ten yr old still has asthma. I would rather take the anti. bio.
@an0127 GBS CAN kill a baby but so can anything else in life....GBS test is actually a REALLY bad test, b/c you can be negative at this very moment & be positive 1 hr later, and vice versa.....

bless u guys shes a beaut! i had a lil boy 5 weeks ago but had all sorts of complications and ended up in theater to have a section same happened with my 1st too but luckily british hospitals are ok and sorted the situation quickly and efficiently lol now hes a happy 9lb 12 baby and my other one starts school in september so jus goes to show whether u have an easy birth or 2 that nearly kill u like mine they are so so worth it :D lol xx take care of urselves and her anyways
Hi! This is such a sweet video, I was taking a look back at your videos and noticed you had GBS. I also have it, and I'm freaking out! I'm 31 weeks and it was found in my urine. I guess google is not your friend when it comes to this stuff because the statistics are scary. Wondering your take on it?
@Kimber021 GBS CAN be scary, but the chances of it being scary...isn't so scary. I never bothered even taking the GBS test w/ my son b/c chances are I would have showed up +, and - or + I would have done the same so it was pointless in knowing. I refused the antibiotics, and did a home remedy instead. The thing w/ GBS is you can test + but tomorrow be -, and vice versa. A friend could be - but at birth be +. It's pointless.... either u treat all ur don't treat all.

I remember when my niece was born the doctors told my sister to have the cameras turned off. But she didn't listen to them and keepts them on. The doctors like to keep the cameras off so that they cant have any proof if they make a mistake. (which in my sisters case they did... but my niece is healthy and well).
This is a great video! You got to really experience the emotion of being a new mother. I was so tired after my 40 hours of labor it was hard for me to experience it... at that point my body NEEDED sleep!!

The camcorder had to be turned off because if they make any error, you will have it on tape! I wish I would've recorded my birth. I was not told the person delivering my baby was a resident! She screwed up my birthing experience, almost dropped my baby and gave me an unecessary episiotomy!!! My husband couldn't cut the cord and I wasn't able to hold my baby right away!!!
when my god daughter was born they didnt want any cameras in the room or anything along that line because of "Hospital Policy" later on they found out that its because its a way of covering up there butts in case of male practice lawsuit

@an0127 GBS CAN kill a baby but so can anything else in life....GBS test is actually a REALLY bad test, b/c you can be negative at this very moment & be positive 1 hr later, and vice versa.....

ive never heard of a hospital banning filming of a natural birth.
hell or even a c-section.
its like dirty cops fight against being vedeotaped only the dirty oppose it clean cops beg for video of the actions i guess its the same with doctors they want it banned because their not good doctors and dont want proof of it on video

bless u guys shes a beaut! i had a lil boy 5 weeks ago but had all sorts of complications and ended up in theater to have a section same happened with my 1st too but luckily british hospitals are ok and sorted the situation quickly and efficiently lol now hes a happy 9lb 12 baby and my other one starts school in september so jus goes to show whether u have an easy birth or 2 that nearly kill u like mine they are so so worth it :D lol xx take care of urselves and her anyways

Hi! This is such a sweet video, I was taking a look back at your videos and noticed you had GBS. I also have it, and I'm freaking out! I'm 31 weeks and it was found in my urine. I guess google is not your friend when it comes to this stuff because the statistics are scary. Wondering your take on it?

@Kimber021 GBS CAN be scary, but the chances of it being scary...isn't so scary. I never bothered even taking the GBS test w/ my son b/c chances are I would have showed up +, and - or + I would have done the same so it was pointless in knowing. I refused the antibiotics, and did a home remedy instead. The thing w/ GBS is you can test + but tomorrow be -, and vice versa. A friend could be - but at birth be +. It's pointless.... either u treat all ur don't treat all.

I remember when my niece was born the doctors told my sister to have the cameras turned off. But she didn't listen to them and keepts them on. The doctors like to keep the cameras off so that they cant have any proof if they make a mistake. (which in my sisters case they did... but my niece is healthy and well).

This is a great video! You got to really experience the emotion of being a new mother. I was so tired after my 40 hours of labor it was hard for me to experience it... at that point my body NEEDED sleep!!

The camcorder had to be turned off because if they make any error, you will have it on tape! I wish I would've recorded my birth. I was not told the person delivering my baby was a resident! She screwed up my birthing experience, almost dropped my baby and gave me an unecessary episiotomy!!! My husband couldn't cut the cord and I wasn't able to hold my baby right away!!!

when my god daughter was born they didnt want any cameras in the room or anything along that line because of "Hospital Policy" later on they found out that its because its a way of covering up there butts in case of male practice lawsuit

oh my goodness....this is just beautiful!!!!! I only wish that I had had someone take footage of my births - my first passed away only four hours after her birth, second was born at 32 weeks and third at 35 weeks. You must be so proud, this is unbelievable. What is the first song that plays throughout??
