Boris Johnson is such a idiot. The reason why he won is because of personality politics, which occurs if you directly elect someone. Americans do have the same problem- they tend to vote for idiots. It's just stupid- policies are much more important than whether or not someone seems honest (and Boris Johnson actually is not).
