Still think "Ritual de lo Habitual" is the best alternative album ever recorded. ("Nothing´s Shoking", also unique) Hope the "Great Escape Artist" will have some peaks that come close to it, "End to the Lies" definitely does- ;-)
The fact is Avery is a bitch, a great bass player yes but a thorn in the band. I'm glad they are continuing on without him. Jane's is a great band with a lot to offer and they shouldn't let Avery hold them back.
