I can't get all of what is being said, but both men are upset that the deaf in Egypt are unable to earn enough money to rent their own house/room, get married and live an adult and productive life. They want to be able to leave the home of their parents and become independent. The second man is angry that the deaf have 'no voice' they are not able to participate in society fully....I don't know what the second half of what he said is, sorry.

can u explain what they are signing? i can understand most of it but some im not sure of
thank u for sharing ur pixs and the video. Really fortunate u had a Deaf tour group go there. glad the peaceful protest won.
