if it get jammed... you have to call the typical 800 number. and talk to the machine for 30 mins. put and placed on hold for another 30 mins. then they will tell one one thing... WE WILL CONTACT YOU BACK.

i remembering running into an ipod/apple vending machine it had EVERY type of ipod in it. No it wasn't in Japan or some fancy fancy store. It was in a local mall. In one of the departments. I stood there with my boyfriend and just stared at it. After a few minutes I touched it. My boyfriend did the same. Then we both looked at each other and said "I wonder if its bullet proof glass." Lol. It was XD.

These vending machines don't use the usual screw hook to drop the item. There is a robot catch that moves horizontally and vertically to pick up the item and gently place it in the return bin. They have them for drinks as well in the larger vending machines.
