They're simple horn rimmed glasses. He probably needs the glasses a lot, and he probably chose horn rimmed rimmed glasses to complete the geeky look Weezer is known for. Stores might sell non-prescription horn rimmed glasses, as they've gone back into style in recent years. I'd hate to suggest this, but Hot Topic might actually have them.
