  • what kind of yarn is that?

  • This was a good video, but how would I go back to Color A if I wanted to do stripes for example? Would I just cut the yarn and crochet in the tail whenever I switched from Color A to Color B and vice versa?

  • Mrs. M,

I have already commented on your great video but just realized how to rate it.

  • Mrs. Moskowitz,

Thank you for the informative and friendly video on knitting. Your videos are the most helpful and understandable I have found on You Tube! I credit you for your ability to teach knitting with such clarity and precision, you have aided me return to knitting after thirty years during the past three weeks. Bobby, my husband, has heard me say so many times, "I have to go see Mrs. Maskowitz!",and he lovingly chuckles, knowing exactly what I mean! Please continue teaching!

  • Thank you so much. I was just going to start a pattern which required I change colors and this is really helpful. ^^

I do have one related question, though: I've seen some color-changing patterns that ask you to carry the other color yarn as you knit. What exactly does that mean? Does it require that I do something special?

Thank you again for all the helpful videos.

  • it sounds like you would knit with both at the same time. Ughh! How complicated. LOL
