This is a great product, it works as it says except that the phone's mic is not close enough to your mouth.However, it works great with mp3s,iPods, Blackberrys....and just about and sound device. Many users can set the same station and share the music experience ( and sadly your conversation) . It has a range of about 50ft (max) from the car system. It fusses up the sound if it is moved around too much also.

Overall, I like the product.

Problems with this

1. The mic is along way away from your face, making it hard for the person your talking to to hear you

2. The phone is going to interfear with your cars radio making the speakers make a buzzing noise

3. Not all phones has a 3.5mm jack

4. Other radio stations may use the same frequency

5. This is very cheap and tacky, you would be better of buying a better fm transmitter, that you can change the frequency on.

Like this American version of the infomercial says put it onto 88.7 FM, whilst the version I've seen over here in the UK works on 98.7 FM, So since your'e in Canada it probably just had a different frequency.
