in this case, yes it would be, but the game sure went to great strides to make sure that Batman never killed anybody (WB was big about that). Notice that henchman still breathe once they are knocked out?

I never thought i'd say this about a Batman game, but this game scares the shit outta me. Especially the parts with The Scarecrow. Its like Batman mixed with Silent Hill mixed with Metal Gear Solid. Its awesome.
