This was originally a ten part serial produced in Canada. Obviously somewhere along the line, some MTV-like outfit got ahold of it and dubbed in the gaglines. It was made about 1934. Most US movie serials were made in either 12 or 15 chapters. Universal usually made them in 13 chapters, with the extra chapter containing a recap of previous action.
