I dont think that dog appreciated being called dumb, and weird. I think it hears you and recognizes those words, and in the video he looked pretty sad with his eyes and his head down. I think this dog is a very smart one. Try saying things like "Your so silly!" in a warm voice, or saying "Good boy", and im sure the expression on his face would change.
