Notable examples: Zeromus, Ex-Death, The first three stages of Kefka, Jenova, Ultimecia, Yu-Yevon, and The Undying.

Look at the Cretor's third form people. Creator is an "it" or a "she", but not a "he". It looks too much like a girl to be called a he.

But the Mysterious Girl refered to Creator as "father" before defeating it. Then again, Creator was EXTREMELY mutated during that part, so it was hard to tell its gender due to being a massive almaglam of various organic matter.

Replying to 2 month old comment, but the characters in-game refer to it as a "he" numerous times. Also, while theyre running away, the one person (forgot the name) says "You are our father!" or something like that, before using meteor and defeating them both.

yeah the most kick ass final boss ever to me :D he have 4 form that a lot for a boss normally a final boss have 2 form but this one have 4 THIS IS CRAZY!

I did like the amount of different forms he had (I don't know why, but the Outer Shell had the greatest impact on me.) but I think the best part is that the tension was so well built-up by the final dungeons. 30 bloody floors of unimaginable pain, then when you reach the Bottommost Depths, there's that eerie silence that lets you know that The Creator is waiting for you.

well there actully 55 floor 25 for the lunar cave and 30 for the final one that dungeon was soooooooo long its the longest dungeon i ever see in my life and all the bosses there was so strong too

If you think 4 forms is a lot, check out the final boss of Rogue Galaxy, that has 10 forms (I'm not joking)!

@fearmaster129 Final boss of Wild ARMs 3 also has 10 forms...and thats only the FINAL final boss. If you count both pre final boss fights it'd be 12.

Well, I guess you could call them forms. It was more like 10 phases. It was still pretty ridiculous, though. Pretty epic fights, though. I actually like how it forced you to use every party member.
