Damn it, I was HOPING to see the unedited Zyu2 footage! You know, with the dinozords, Tommy getting digested, rather than merely a heat stroke, the whole kit-n-kaboodle.
@dstebbin Tommy getting a heatstroke was simply a different dialogue interpretation of the existing visuals. That wasn't a video edit. The editing done was splicing in the Thunderzords and the shot of Zack with the fire hose. Unedited, it was the Dino Megazord being fought, with the Tyrannosaurus fighting solo when the others were separated, the Mastodon that froze Turbanshell externally, and the Ultrazord that finished the fight.
Was Turban shell one of the rita monsters in japan? Pause at 1:50. Right as turban shell balls up and hit thunder megazord. however, it really looks like the orignal megazord. the megazord had a single line from its knee up its thigh in the front and both are visible. i could wrong. but throughout season 2 clips of megazord was shown. like when hatasaurus came back and fought the thunder megazord, it knocked it down and kicked it but the shot of it kicking had the orginal megazord being kicked.
it's hard to say who's working behind the scenes with these Zyu2 monsters. i always felt they might have been renegade dora monsters, but there are plenty who would disagree with that theory.
My theory is that Dai Satan's soul still lived, and he contacted Bandora in the urn and said he would restore her powers if she reconstructed Satan's Tower and destroy Kyukuku Daizyujiin.
It doesn't work though, if no new footage of Bandora and her gang was filmed...
All of Zedd's Monsters from Pirantishhead to Turbanshell were filmed in Japan to fight the Dino Megazord and Dragonzord (which is why the latter appears in Primator and Turbanshell). Google up "Zyu2" for more info.

Yeah, I thought you(zyu2) said this is stictly only zyu2 footage only when the thunder megazord is as clear as day at 01:02-01:03(You'll need to pause and drag to 01:02).

OK I watched this episode today and something hit me, so I had to double check in this video, the first time they call for the Zords did Jason say "we need Dinozord power, now" or is it just me?
I reckon that 00:55-01:00, that tiny less than one second long footage was only made once by Toei but repeated by Saban. I would say they repeated it because of the fact that Thunder Megazord and Dragonzord can not share screen time and the bit of footage at 01:00 was recycled from The Green Candle
This was my favorite of the Zyu2/Dai splice spree. Finally, an individual Thunderzord had some Zyu2/Dai glory. Also, shame on saban for that sh*t Thunder Megazord "electric" attack.
