I had an Australian girl living with me for a while who was obsessed with Vegemite. It's basically, a nutritional yeast paste. It's pretty yummy but super intense. Personally, I like the flake or powder form of nutritional yeast. It's really great on popcorn, mmmmmm. I'm gonna make some right now!
