Man - I REALLY REALLY like her. I didn't know about My Brightest Diamond until I heard / saw her with The Decemberists on their Hazards of Love album. She f*cking ROCKS there. Downloaded Bring Me The Workhorse - can't get enough. If you like what you hear here, check it out. Check out Hazards as well - her voice is seriously powerful on that album. Reminiscent of Grace Slick or something. Awesome.

She does seem upset; I suppose being an opening act isn't all that rewarding. (I saw her open for Rasputina, being directly in front, visibly excited, and mouthing along.) Her performance is spot on still. To be honest, I prefer this performance of the song; she's really tearing up the guitar.
