its a full Lamborghini,if you remember from vice city the infurnus was a Lamborghini countach, in gtaIV the infurnus is a full Lamborghini murcialago  with only zonda tail lights and exhaust. Imagine the back with the murcialago tail lights and it will match the body panels.
