Plasto, an over weight comander that smokes cigars made out of tan flesh and he ligts his finger on fire...pretty cool for a plastic toy...don't you agree? {He pulls it out of his leg and its the same color as hs skin}

I played it on n64 don't remember cutscenes where there was spoken parts from voice actors

@elnumbrotres Don't you think you should have typed "the actor"insted of "the voice actor" becuase one man did all the voices in army men.but he stoped doing voices for army men after 3DO went bankrupt and worldstar(or something like that) was making Sarge's heros:sarge's war. but yea jim cummings did all the 3DO army men voices (except females)
