Hi, you got to keep it level so both wheels touch and don't turn even if you are landing out of the airstrip. when you get the nose down you can turn very slowly. Too much of a turn and you get what you saw.

Actually, you use rudder to turn the aircraft until you have reached Vmcg and are not able to control the aircraft with your control surfaces. You then use your wheels to align yourself with the centerline. At that speed rudder would have been required and not ailerons as was the case in this video.
