hey mate. you should not use ace bandages. you're veryyy young, and you don't wanna be damaging your ribs at this age. go get yourself a proper binder if you can!
@nearlyace I know that and i have said that many times. the bandage i use isn't even on my ribs and i have an extra long one so i won't have to stretch it as much so it won't hurt my back.
