They should change the number for the UK's speaking clock. It's 123. The European number for the emergency services, which works in the UK, is 112. Very easy to accidentally press two ones and then the 2 before you realise what you did, and when calling from a landline number the connection is usually instant.

Honestly, wake up, Brittish IS English, and the most correct English there is. Sure, some dialects are hard to understand, but Brittish is English, more English than American English for that matter. I'm neither English or American, But I know both languages quite well. Not meaning to bash you, but you just bashed an entire people.
