@reemy27 Hey, I met some engineers from Lotus and asked them how to get into Formula 1 after I finish uni (which I'm starting next year). They said you have to have the right attributes obviously, but even then the companies won't care much at first, so you have to constantly post & email them your application. Persistence is the key, cs most of the times they'll just throw it away, but basically- never give up and keep on trying, do work experience and hopefully one day!
