  • they might be a stupid question..but how do you remove mascara properly? bc I don't want any lashes falling out :P and my eye area is a little sensitive so not anything too harsh..thnx for all the tips i always learn new things in ur videos love em :D :D

  • @BlackHurricane714 Hi, that's a great question and it's good to be gentle so as not to pull out any eyelashes. I always recommend using washable mascara. I try to avoid ever using waterproof because try to remove it can take off lashes. I usually recommend splashing warm water repeatedly in your eye area when you wash your face and just let it dissolve off. Then use a mild soap to wash your face and eye area. Pat your face dry. You're not done yet. Next, apply some Maybelline oil-free makeup....

  • @BlackHurricane714 removing onto a cotton ball and wipe your above and below your lashes because there will be residue there that will not wash away totally with soap and you don't want to rub around in that delicate area. The make up remover takes if off quickly and gently. Now, splash some water on your face and eyes to wash off the make-up remover and your done. Pat your face dry and apply a nice moisturizer around your eyes to lock in moisture and prevent wrinkles!

  • @YouTips4U thanks!! this is great advice, until I get the remover..do you know if I could possibly use extra virgin olive oil in the meantime? I've heard some ppl use this. thnx again :)

  • Throughout the day, you can use blotting tissue to absorb excess oil, or simply splash a bit of water onto your face and blot dry. This will help control oil throughout the day.

  • Hi, thanks so much for your lovely words of support. I really appreciate your sharing your thoughts with others and recommending my site. Consider yourself blessed to have oily skin. You may not think so now, but you will be glad when you are older because your skin will show less signs of age and maintain a lovely youthful appearance. The best thing to do is to cleanse your face morning and night with a soap free cleanser like Purpose.

  • I use most of the same products and colors that you do (funny!). I totally agree with your advice on Clinique foundation ~ changed my complexion for the better. One thing I have started using is Clinique's eyebrow powder. I use a small toothbrush first, and then a very light eyebrow powder, then blend again to soften with the toothbrush. Clinique wanted to sell me the "blonde" powder but it was RED on me! I went for the cool dark brown and apply very light. Really frames my eyes. Try it!!

  • Hi, I currently just use Maybelline eyeshadow or my eyeliner pencil (very lightly) . Thanks so much for the suggestion.

  • omg i always put marcara and THEN curl.

    Thanks for the tip.

  • You're very welcome!

  • Cool! I've tried others over the years, but I think Maybelline Great Lash is the best and I always come back to that one. Gets my lashes the thickest and longest. Thanks for your comment!

  • I used the same pink tube.
