i don't know about mid-to-late 90's, but first taste of a viral vhs comp was in 1991, and from that i later became aware that underground bands traveling on tours in the 80's, carried on into the 90's, would pass this stuff along as they traveled from town to town as for some reason video collectors and the bands went hand in hand.

I hope you all realize that this little movie was a college project back in the early eighties. It wasn't a tv pilot....it wasn't a Hollywood production...just an early fan film.
