You dont hold the throttle down, you have to keep clicking your mouse a little at a time once you get almost straight up so you dont flip upside down. And if you turn while doing the wheelie, you go abit faster too. Hope this helps!
If you get it just right where the boats engine revs, you can switch into gunner or a seat, the engine will keep revving and the boat will drive it slef.
I remember doing these back in the days =)
