  • Interesting comments! ...I'm curious as to what exactly the commentors see that indicate facelift and facial injections

  • thanks, Russ. When I watched videos from just a year or two ago, then this one and other recent ones, the changes are glaringly obvious. It makes me a bit sad for her really, that she wasn't happy with her own natural beauty and fears aging so much. But BED stands on its own. I am glad you are getting the word out, I wish more folks would try this themselves.

  • you know, this lifestyle changed my health and my life 13 years ago so I believe in it 100%, but I have to agree that her appearance really indicates some surgeries, etc and that's disappointing. but don't let that eclipse the value of the healthy combo of elements this lifestyle offers. it helped me to heal about 10 chronic ailments and gave me a new life and new personality, seriously. I just wish more women would age naturally and gracefully.

  • @rawyoginimaddy well said

  • You call that kind of surgery "natural" and good for you?

  • I have a hard time with what Donna is writing about and claiming...and clearly she has had plastic surgery. Collagen lip injections, botox, her eyes are clearly lifted... I mean, come on! From what I understand, she has claimed that her looks are a result of her diet and lifestyle. To me.. this is fraud.

  • Cosmetic surgery's OK, if that's what you want. Problem here is that it confuses what she's promoting: Health, youth & beauty from the inside-out, or surgery? We can't see what a healthy 60+yr-old looks like following the "BED" if she's the #1 example: Dyed, injected, cut, made-up, & lit. 50 years ago, there wasn't a single human on earth who looked like Ms Gates, even when they were 18 years old. This is a surgical look, not a human one.

  • how about we elders (most tribes consider those over 52 elders) allow ourselves to age naturally...no surgeries, no injections of botulism toxin (Botox), no hair dye...just letting our natural beauty shine through! I would not want a fake face with dead looking, inflated duck lips, that has a stretched out look. And grey hair rocks!! Time to let go of false standards of beauty; which does not come from a bottle or tube or scalpel. Most of what is being said in this video is so true, tho!!

  • @ladysands555 Everyone has their own idea of beauty. If doing any surgery or getting an injection to fill in a wrinkle makes a person feel happier about themself......that's all that really matters, no matter what anyone else thinks. Its impossible to know the mental or psychological benefits of a cosmetic procedure. Liking what you see in the mirror can be antiaging on its on. Some people are proud of their wrinkles, and some people can't accept them and be happy.

  • @ravendream33 what a lie. Injecting a toxin derived filler into her face goes against the whole "Body Ecology" theory.

  • @CassieAnnaCary The fillers are not botox....which is the toxin. The fillers are hyaluronic acid....which is produced in the skin anyway. You can buy hyaluronic acid in capsules in every health food store, by the way. Botox is not a filler.....and yes, it is a toxin. You need to clarify whether you are referring to a filler, which is not a toxin, or botox, which is live botulism that does not "fill"....it kills nerves in order to paralyze them.

  • @ravendream33 Well, how would I know? I would not inject either into my face, and people who do are morons IMO. I know what HA is, and it is USELESS to ave it injected into your face, nor is it effective to take it in supplement form, because of it's high molecular weight. You want a younger. plumper face? EAT GELATIN. It's bioavailabilty makes it a viable alternative to injectable shit and worthless supplements.

  • @ravendream33 BTW...anything INJECTED into your face that wasnt there before....for cosmetic reasons is a toxin.

  • @ravendream33 LET ME GUESS. You indulge yourself with injectables.

  • looks like a face lift going bad - and those lips....ugh

  • Hihi. I would like to inform how probiotics can stay in the colon pernament?.. I heard and red that everything even kefir probiotic strains don't stay and live with us till death.

  • @joellie2010 they affect and normalize our own gut bacteria long term, just like antibiotics mess them up long term...

  • Thank you for sharing!

  • thank you for your post:D
