This makes me think the 80's-90's were the best decades for a kid to grow up in. The shows were fun and educational, like this, Pepper Ann, The Angry Beavers, Rug Rats, Real Monsters, Rocko's Modern Life, etc. These days kids watch the dumbest stuff, Good Luck Charlie/Victorious. I told some kids how dumb that show was. After watching too much of it with them. I had to be honest with them. Their favorite shows had no plots. They couldn't even tell me what one of the episodes was about.

Why did the 90s have the best cartoon song writers? I think it truly is a testament to their skill as artists for making such memorable and addictive songs, we're still singing a decade later. I only wish that some day they make a documentary on the art of Cartoon Music that includes interviews with the writers of said songs.
