is 4 FPS good? it sounds bad. does it make the video choppy or make it play smooth? Im not really familiar with Camera tech stuff. Im thinking of buying a D5000
4 frames a second is the still picture rate. the video is 24 fps. the only problem with the video is you have to focus it yourself and I believe youre limited to 5 minute clips. if your looking to shoot mainly HD video i recommend buying a camcorder
@nastynate1420 the good thing with manual focus while video, i think is u got full control, i woudnt want my camera trying to focus on things u didnt want it to
