Oh yes, she is in season 4... For a very limited screentime, though.

What happened was the writers seemed to focus more on the new doctors and didn't know how to intertwine the storylines between the newbies and the original ducklings. Most fans are not happy about it.

For season 5, Katie Jacobs and David Shore have once promised that they were trying to right the wrongs they've done in season 4. Let's just hope they weren't lying.

Jennifer, as well as the producers, have said in various interviews that Cameron (and Chase and Foreman) will have more screentime in season 5. And so far, we've known that there will be an episode that will center around Cameron. So that should be good :)
