Of all the slideshow videos I've made on this channel, this was my favourite. However as of today (26 Nov 2011) YouTube has started putting an advertisement at the beginning (although not everytime). Grrrr! I guess they will do it for my other videos as well.
Finally I got the 2 first albums on cd after looking Pampered Manial for years here in Mexico City (I found them in Mixup a few days ago and they had to bring it from somewhere else)
I have them on LP and I use play it when I want to feel more intense the feelings Pavlov´s causes to me, the scratchs sound like if I were in the late seventies when I was a child and knew Pavlov´s and make me bring back the good old days listening Of once and future kings, one of my favorite songs ever
fuckin briiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiillllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllliant love then so much, how i wish i was 15 again, oh the stories i can tell......lol
If you want to see Steve Scorfia and David Surkamp play live come to St.Louis on the 14th of August. They are playing at a BENEFIT for our friend Jimmy Lee Kennett they will be at (mile 277 tap and grill) all day.
Are you kidding me? "Did you see him cry" is probably the best song from that album. It's my favorite anyway. Oh well, I guess it's too prog for some people's taste.
Also, I could never understand why so many people seem to prefer Pampered Menial to ATSOTB. Both are great but I think I've always preferred "bell."
I'm 26. I'm born in 1985. When I took this music from my mother's box with albums and records, it was a bullseye! God I so love this music when I hear it again. (i was 10 when I became fan).
Personally, I idiscovered "Pampered Menial" through an ex and it has been one of my favorite albums ever since. Every song is outstanding on it's own. It wasn't until years later that I was able to get "At The Sound Of The Bell". Also one of my favorite albums from the first listen. The only song I do not totally love is "Did You See Him Cry." But hey, since everything else is a home run, I'm not gonna complain! LOL
love it x
