Really? Peanut butter is slow digesting protein a spoon full is 7g. And your wasting money on way too many supps you don't need and your not big, increase your protein intake and only 3meals should be shakes, I eat about7 meals a day and 3are shakes, I'm training for a show soon
And you should be getting 5,000cal , 489protein, bout 200 from fat
