@XxTRIPPINGxxGUITARxX Why have a monitor when they could just lower the top of it and let them actually see the real world as it is? It'd definitely be a cheaper choice instead of that extremely technologically advanced glowing screen on the inside.
@Nannerz12 Because it's a military vehicle. If they lower the front, suddenly your head is open to enemy fire from the front. I dont know about you, but I would rather the expensive monitor.
@Nannerz12 I thought the point of it was to make it seem somewhat realistic. From a gameplay perspective, I think you may take more damage from a direct hit, but I'm not sure.
@DoitiEtok It sounds like neither of you have played the game, (no dis-respect) but yes, from a direct hit you lose health and from the vehicle being shot you lose shields, but there is aesthetic damage as well which further increases shield damage. And from a military megalomaniac view, the prophets sent 3 destroyer class space ships to take out harvest (or something around that) so i doubt they care for cost. Only humans did, which is why there were so few spartans after 3 projects, expenses.
Looking at the picture for 0:33...How does that guy know where he is going on that ghost? He's like a foot shorter than the rest of the vehicle.
Anyways...Thanks for the video; the picture are really nice and actually good quality compared to that 0:44 second video with the gauss warthog.

@DoitiEtok True, but speaking from a gameplay perspective...I'm pretty sure that even if someone shoots the vehicle, you lose shields as well.
