When we were kids back in Islamabad, he used to come to our house and teach music. He always told me "I could not sing even to save my life" :). Old times..

Then I saw him in Brooklyn. Sad part is he did not remember me.

Ji Tariq bhai, he was God gifted singer and he sang this Ghazal without any proper Music training..after listening this ghazal Mehdi hassan himself offered him to become his student(Shagird)..

You are right Believe me while some friends bring shokia or God gifted Singers to me so i could introduce them Like A.Nayyar ihave seen so many Mehdi,s voice one guy used to sing 'Zindaghi mein" One used to sing "Mehfil toe Ajnabhi thi "When there were medi.ji & His 1st. shagird Pervaiz Mehd were performong how i could have had introduce them to Filmworld with my connections.Acually some time used to get irritate so many MEDIS.Ghulam abbas was also came with same style & had his time !
