@williamwagener (I saw this e-mail on f4j will tis work) I'll be moving forward shortly with WriteOut.org, across the state of California! WriteOut will be a grass roots movement to place every trial court level judge in California who is up for a new 6-year term ON THE BALLOT (that's a third of them in June 2012, another third in June 2014 and the last third on 2016
@danielcooper1000 , then we start all over again, as long as is necessary!). As good karma would dictate, needy fathers will be eligible to be given a dollar for each valid signature gathered to place each of these judges on the ballot (only 100 valid voter signatures are required to place an eligible judge on the ballot).
More similarities between the US and Indopakistan: It's all in the open, it's being reported about in the news and elswhere, yet the public has gone into a state of apathy about corrupt judges and other Govt officials....they have heard it so often now..it's become a daily reality.
@waterchildtera YES< if we were not a nation of spineless Matrix minded debt slaves, see : "WilliamWagener, Grand Jury".... remember WE THE PEOPLE are
Listen, I've been educating myself as to the difference between what is "lawful," and what is "legal." The "legal" system is a commercial contract system. There is such a thing as common law, the law of the land. I've been learning from Rob Menard and others how to secure my common law rights. I was recently awarded a case dismissal in regard to a debt collection "law firm" suing me. I wrote them a letter the week before the trial. They didn't even show up! Dismissed without prejudice!
Thank you William Wagener for this important update!
Just an aside - the Obama turkey pardoning is up next to your video (on my page) and I just thought it somehow oddly appropriate. For Thanksgiving Attorney Richard Fine is released from his wrongful imprisonment.
Well, anyway I'm thankful that for whatever the reason he was released.
I guess that means that he never was "convicted". IMHO it IS Yaffeys turn - let HIM spend the same amount of time he gave to Attorney Richard Fine.
but I know that California system includes sometimes crazy people rulling cases ,
District Attorney , Prosecutor , and associates only suing innocent men for their own interest , for get them in jail because they want to see them in jail , or because someone has to pay so they find an alleged Guilty guy (that is innocent) and put him in jail .
william please tell me some good news on efferts to bring these corrupt judges to justice. THE PEOPLES JUSTICE
