What this has to do with freedom of speech? A talk show host(Or any other private-run media outlet, for that matter) is under no burden to provide free speech for all on his platform to the caller, and can run his talk show in any way, shape or form he sees fit, just as anyone is entitled to run his YouTube channel as he sees fit.
