if ur thoat is affected by germs u take a pill

if ur household is stressing you out, you need to take time to relax

if feeling a slight pain is making u think ur sick, u will only feel sicker.

I have studied many healing modalities, this one has answered something that none of the others have addressed "how my actions caused the same kind of thing to occur  in another person." It is not about blame, it is about cause and effect which makes a lot of sense.

Have I got it right? I will definitely go to the ChineseEnergetics website to learn more.
